Assistance in making a Publisher Theme

Hi all, I need a Publisher template for making propositions / offers. I kind of use a default template but it is getting messed up after using it for some time now. The date I need to manually change it on each page and the name to who I am making the offer. It used to be automatic. I can send some sample of the current I have. I want it to be semi professional. Because a beautifull offer also gives the customer a feel that we are a professional company. Who can help with this. creating a Microsoft Office Publisher template. I'm running Publisher 2013 Please let me know.
