We're a walking and travel company. The job involves helping clients and tour guides over the phone and email. Our tours are in NYC - we are working to expand to a few more cities worldwide in the coming few months. Requirements The job requires you to: > be a native English speaker > comfortable using Google mail and drive > very Quick learner > immensely interested in travel and tour business. > be flexible and able to do other related tasks without hesitation > able to work from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST in a quite work space (home or otherwise) > be able to fully dedicate yourself to the job at the alloted hours. It's preferable if you: > know how to use RingCentral (If not we will provide you assistance on how to set up RingCentral) We offer additional commission/bonuses in addition to your hourly wage. The opportunity presented is very appealing and I believe that the last almost 2 decades of prior work experience as well as my A+ certification will make me a very strong candidate for this position. I have worked for a variety of call centers ranging from small to large and provided remote support and scheduling through them all. I have worked with AD extensively, handled system, software and peripheral support, assisted in network setup and support and provided mobile device and console support. I have worked with a variety of large and proprietary scheduling software and learn very fast. To whom this may concern, I'm an English speaker from Canada.
