Creative director for books creation and its online marketing promotion Job Description:French Author looking a creative director to manage my projects, all related on promotion of my existing books, online marketing, book creations, design, its promotion and running of my different online marketing campaigns. My topics are all high performance, success and education (how to study in France and help students to succeed in higher education). I am looking for a long term relationship with a person on who I can delegate the creation and management of my outsourcing team, and in case of my fully satisfaction with your performance, a full term job (Creative Director and my private assistant) could be offered. You need to be able to run at least 4 or 5 different projects at the same time (like elaboration of strategy, book creation and graphics, online marketing, newsletters, graphics, video programming usw) all related to the same goal of creation and promotional campaigns offline and online via my different web sites. You will have some task to do as my private assistant as well. You need to be creative, have a high performer mentality, being able to chose the right outsourcing team (on Elance and other outsourcing sites) and to manage it, reporting to me on progresses on a daily basis. So I expect from you an excellent organization and experience. Your English should be perfect in speaking and writing and, in addition, if you speak a little French (one book I have is in French and needs to be brought to the English speaking market), this will be a huge plus point. Your first job will consist of building a detailed plan for the creation of my new book (Organizer - operating system that will allow readers to multiply their success, chart their progress, and achieve ther goals), brainstrom on the best strategy and creating a team of online marketing expert, book design specialist (preparation for print including covers, interiors, charts, and tables. Also eBooks - Kindle, ePub and PDF interactive), videographer and a copywriter. The first 2 month, you will be paid on fixed price (based on your results), then we can discuss about to pay you monthly and see your possible participation on benefits, all of course based on your results and on your performance.
