Android program that functions like a lesson plan/eBook kind of app.

The program I am thinking of would basically be a reference/teaching type eBook sort of program. It needs to have a disclaimer screen which requires a user to accept the legal disclaimer the first time they run the program. From there, the main screen would be a graphical menu with a varied number of icons (Like Lesson 1, Lesson 2, Lesson 3, etc) and when the user selects it, it would load the lesson. The icons/lessons will need to be easy for me to add and remove. Each lesson would require scrolling up and down for that "page" of information and then they could side swipe left or right to go to the previous page or next page in that particular lesson. Pressing menu would give them the option of going to the next lesson, previous lesson, or home screen. On the "final page" of the lesson they would be given the options of continuing to the next lesson or going to the home screen. The pages in the lessons would need to contain mostly text, but the occasional graphic image as well. So the pages would need to utilize pinching to zoom in and out so they could see the images easier (or text for those who have trouble reading smaller words). Finally, all the screens would need to utilize screen rotation. The number of lessons and the information contained in those lessons would need to be easily entered/modified by me, as I would like to use this application as a shell/core for multiple lessons for different topics. ## Deliverables I would like the program to be modular and allow me to easily change the number of lessons and the data contained in those lessons. Ideally, each lesson would be in its own file with a basic structure that is easy to modify (java or XML) but part of the program build so that what is written cannot be edited by anyone using the program. The main program would then just need a cut-n-paste of each new lesson icon that would be equally easy to adjust. Flexibility is the key. My intention is to develop educational packages for clients that I work with and each application would need to be adjusted based on the client's specific needs. The disclaimer is just to include legal jargon to keep from getting sued. :) I don't foresee an additional information, but feel free to ask before you bid and I will do my best to answer.
