I am a portrait retoucher and lately I have been receiving more and more work. I am looking for a skilled, independent retoucher to take on some of my work for a long time period. Workload will vary week from week but expect a minimum of ~20 images per week, with time I would be happy to increase this, if you are reliable and communicate well there will be opportunities for up to 100 images per week in the future. I am willing to pay £2.80 per image. Each image requires background cleanup, blemish removal, skin smoothing, teeth whitening, redness reduction, levels and contrast correction, sharpening and a little bit of eye contrast increase. I typically do this on 4-5 images per hour, so for experienced retouchers there is an opportunity to be earning £11.20+/hour. Attached to the project you can see what is needed - "Ward 06" is an image I was sent and "Ward 06 retouched" is what it should look like when you are finished. To show that you are capable of doing this, please retouch the images "Ward 13" and "Wheeler 29". Good communication in English is very important - please explain you believe you are right for this role. If you do not retouch the images I described above, you will not be considered.
