Alter some Images

I need one image altered. The background simply taken out just like the one I attached (transparent). The issue with the one I have done myself is that it is too small.
PLEASE NOTE - the files attached are not original, I will supply you with the original file once the job is awarded. These are for explanation only.
This image must be the largest file possible and magazine/ print quality. The formats I need are: PNG (Transparent), PSD and PDF.
