Color correction, retouching, cropping & straigtening

We have an ongoing need for a GREAT Photoshopper who can adjust images ACCURATELY and EFFICIENTLY. Our images are pictures of rugs on a wooden floor (not a consistent background). The background will have to be erased, the rug will have to be straightened, and the colors will have to be adjusted. We need someone with an excellent eye for detail that is using Photoshop CS5 and is able to handle a number of large files simultaneously (via FTP or other method). We had posted this project and had awarded it to other individuals claiming to be able to complete the project as described, but so far I have been very disappointed with the results. I can't stress enough the need for someone that can see and understand colors correctly and meet our expectations. We also need someone with a monitor that can accurately portray colors. Also, someone in the same time zone (or nearby) as New York EST would be preferable as communicating with someone halfway across the world is proving to be very difficult and time consuming both in terms of understanding English and in terms of the delay in communication. Any questions can be sent to me via private message. The budget is based on 30 images. Naturally there will be many many more in the future, but 30 images is a good base for us to get to know the Photoshopper and his/her ability.
