I have attached software(i trilogi) and I want someone to do Design, implementation and testing of a PLC control program. As the following requirements as showing below :
Beverage Options
The vending machine must be capable of dispensing the following range of hot beverages:
Tea
With or without milk, with or without sugar, or any combination of these. Coffee With or without milk, with or without sugar, or any combination of these. Hot chocolate With or without sugar. Milk should be disabled. Soup Tomato, or Oxtail Milk and sugar must be disabled.
Beverages should only be available for selection if their base ingredient (tea, coffee, etc.) is present, as should the optional ingredients; where applicable, of milk and sugar.
There is a single price point set at £1.30 for all beverages requiring the correct or greater payment which must be deposited prior to selecting a beverage.
Customers must be allowed to revise their beverage selection at any time prior to the Dispense button being pressed.
With all conditions met, and the customer has completed their selection, the beverage is delivered when the Dispense button is pressed.
Each ingredient is to be stored within its own container and the measurement and delivery mechanism is left to your discretion. (Keep it simple and produce a simple sketch of your chosen mechanism) Each ingredient of the beverage is to be delivered to the dispensing cup via separate delivery chutes so as to prevent cross contamination of the beverages.
The(software) vending machines payment system must be able to correct identify the money inserted by the customer and keep track of the coins which have been deposited. Said monies should be held until such time that the drink has been successfully dispensed, or refunded either due to the customer changing their mind or if the vending machine is unable to successfully fulfil their beverage request. Establishing correct payment Customers can insert payment for their beverage by inserting any combination of coins listed within the permitted tender list.
The system must identify coins and reject those which do not conform to this specification. Coins which are not accepted should be immediately returned to the refund cup.
Coins which are accepted for payment should be held in abeyance until such time that the selected beverage is successfully delivered.
Refund policy If for any reason the beverage is not delivered, then the coinage should be ejected to the refund cup. The customer should have the option to obtain a refund; by pressing the Refund button, up until such time that the Dispensz button is pressed.
Change policy
The machine will not provide change should the customer deposit a sum greater than the required payment.
During normal operations, the customer must be allowed to revise their selection up until the Dispense button is pressed.
Additionally, the customer should also be able to opt for a refund at any time prior to the Dispense button being pressed.

I have experience with ladder logic programming in Allen Bradley and Direct Logic software.
For this project, I will need access to the i trilogi software. Is this software free? Can I use the demo version for this project?
First, I will provide a PLC flowchart based on the project description to confirm that I understand the logic based on the customers description. After the customers approval of the flowchart, I will write and test the plc program. Next, I will send the program to the customer for approval. If changes are needed, I will finalize the program per the customer's comments.

I have previous experience with PLC & SCADA systems for about 4 big projects each one of budget about 150,000 USD and many other small projects. Most of them was complete PLC & process visualization on PC or HMI screen and one big SCADA project monitoring and controlling power station remotely. and after all industrial automation is my passion =).
