This project will have two pumps controlled in three modes, Off – Manual-Auto Each pump will have its own control station consisting of a lighted start push button (NO), lighted stop push button (NC), an alarm light, and a three position selector switch (off-manual-auto). When in the off mode the pump is taken out of service will not run. When in manual mode an operator will be able start and stop the pumps. When in auto mode one will run while the other is in standby. The pump that is started first in automatic will make the other pump its standby, if that pump is in auto mode. Both pumps can never run at the same time

Good evening, I have good experience in pumps automation and control. I have been working for three years like an automation engineer and I made PLC programming for hydroplants with Kaplan turbines. I have made autmation for pumps, air compressors, heating and cooling systems and high voltage power supply. I have made a similar project for my Faculty Degree, but more complex. I have to made a simulation for SCADA application which is used in hydroplants. The production application and also the simulation was made with Proficy Machine Edtion from General Electric, but will be no problem tu use RSLogix 5000. Also I have a suggestion.
