Convert an html home page and one other page to php

I have a website at [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] I need a PHP programmer to convert two HTML pages to PHP on your own server. I need for you to provide me a url so I can view the finished work and look at the source code..... Then, once I approve of the finished work, I will give you a PHP cpanel server address you can FTP the two pages to. Here are the two pages I need converted to PHP: 1. [login to view URL] (home page) 2. [login to view URL] (about us page) You can view easily go to the two pages above using your browser and view and copy the source code for each page to begin the conversion. Yes, I know there are other pages as well...but if you could convert these two pages using the include feature of PHP, then I can use the two pages you program as examples so I can convert the other pages myself..... Therefore, set up an include folder, with these files: 1. filename [login to view URL] with this coding: <?php require("include/top-left.php"); ?> 2. filename [login to view URL] with this coding: <?php require("include/right-bottom.php"); ?>
