Admin fix & more

Hey, Part of my admin panel is broken on [login to view URL] in the admin I should be bale to paste in a load of ids it then ignores the first part of this 'scau_' as this is always on the start then it should look in the table 'clicks' for the number I entered in field 'click_id' if it then finds it it should change the number in field 'approved' on that row to 1. Also when a user registers to the [login to view URL] website If I have added a coreg which you can see I can add them in the admin when someone ticks it, it should submit the url thats entered for the coreg in the background with the users information but it does not.
