[login to view URL] is to be a site for registering ownership of your possessions. There will be two types of ID tag, one which all your possessions share allowing for easy printing of labels. The other is where each possession will get it's own web site, and allow for easy transfer of ownership in the case of selling or giving the item away. A large application of the service will be lost-and-found services, but it is also hoped the site can be used to track previous owners of cars, pets to ask related questions. Some examples of items to be tagged with the unique URLs might be mobile phones, glasses, iPods, books, and bicycles. However people may also engrave jewelry or even tattoo their pets with their unique URL. Using Apache-mod-URL rewrite, the site will create free pages at short URLs such as:

But for a small fee, the member can also get pages with vanity ID tags such as:

- Database of possessions and display properties
- Up-sell ecommerce module, in the event of vanity ID or Image posting feature purchases
- mailto form (with SPAM protecting dynamic image)
- Ownership Transfer module (using email authentication) to verify old owner's permission to transfer item's HP to new owner.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
