Designing Friend/Dating website

This is a request for a redesign for our current website [[login to view URL]][1]. This means redesigning the main page, integrating the new look into existing pages and adding sections that include features from a few other websites that we like a lot. This is a design job only and requires NO css/html or slicing work. That will be done by our team. We would like to borrow some features and format of the old TheDilly site. A screenshot that illustrates this can be found here. (<[login to view URL]> and [[login to view URL]][2] ). We will also be incorporating a few features/sections from [[login to view URL]][3]. We would like a blue based color theme. It is a nice soft and friendly color tone. We are also looking to ensuring that the site does not get too graphical as we want the site to be fast loading for users. We ask A few things -Only Superb Designers. People who can not pay attention to detail need not apply. -There will be minimal coding, except for of course the layout of all the pages. I have coders on my team. They can make the functions work if you can lay them out. -The layout must be exactly how I specify Details of the how we want main page to look like are in the attached zip file. Once the main page is designed all sub pages will be centered around this theme. ## Deliverables For [login to view URL] Must use the same format as [[login to view URL]][4] screen shots can be found here for the main page(<[login to view URL]>, <[login to view URL]>, <[login to view URL]>, <[login to view URL]> ) and the majority of our other pages will look similar to _[[login to view URL]’s][5]_format. It must be a blue based color theme. All pages must be excluding users pictures no bigger than 70k. The main page outline is attached to this project. There will many more pages but however the main page is important because it will drive the rest of the site. The designer will be required to draw up the sections that include all of the existing pages from our current site along with some features from [[login to view URL]][6] and [[login to view URL]][7] We will need several custom icons for all pages on [login to view URL], wherever deemed applicable on all the pages. **Also all sections and all features and all pages that are on our current site** [**[login to view URL]**][1] **and** [**[login to view URL]**][4] **and [[login to view URL]][3] will have to be designed as well to fit and blend in with the rest of the site that we are redesigning. (**[**[login to view URL]**][1]**) ** All work must be in PSD or Freehand format. The files must be easily editable so that our team can easily make changes, additions and get the necessary components. This means everything should be in separate layers where applicable. The layout must be approved by us first. We envision the first stage to be nailing down the design for the main page. Once the main design and theme has been approved the second stage will be quickly drawing up and tweaking the remaining sections and pages so that our existing pages and new features from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] will be integrated into the mage design. **All work for** [**[login to view URL]**][1] **must be accepted and approved before the project is considered complete.** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be able to run on our dedicated server on [login to view URL] Must run flawlessly on Windows 2003 Web Edition. Look the same on all browsers and resolutions.
