Customized CMS for my website

Here's a new job for you. I have a PhP website. It already came with its own website manager (CMS). But I have become very dissatisfied with it, as it doesn't really meet my specific needs. That's where you come in. Create a customized CMS for my website and install it on hosting server. The CMS must be *customized*; that is, it needs certain features, and nothing else. All features not listed in this project description are not necessary for my website manager, and hence, should be dropped from the CMS. ***The CMS Features (each feature needs its own button, clearly labeled):*** First off all, it needs to have the primary functions of any CMS: It must have a WYSIWYG Editor, it must be able to create pages from pre-specified page templates, and be able to define any pages I choose as "templates" so that I can create pages identical to them, and it must have an auto-organizing feature. Also, equally important: I must be able to edit the header, the page background and the borders of my website. I need a button for inserting or exchanging the headers of my website. Later on, I'll use that button to regularly update the headers of my individual pages. I must be able to edit the page background: either give them a solid color or a color graduation between 1-2 colors, or insert a page background image that can be centered, stretched, tiled or patterned. I need a button that opens a menu where I can define the 2 colors for each of the six border colors. "Border 1: color 1, color 2; border 2: color 1, color 2; border 3: color 1, color 2", something like this. **Additional features (each feature needs its own button, clearly labeled): ** Edit administrator info (address, phone number, impressum, email address). Online text editor. A button for inserting Frames. Upload files for download (PDFs, videos and such). Audio player. A button for inserting navigation buttons from a pre-generated list. A button that generates a simple blog on a page. Ability to insert FLASH videos into individual pages. A button for inserting pictures into individual pages. The header/banner of the website is located just above the top border. Each of the 3 borders has 2 colors, one dominating color, one color that supports and contrasts the "main color".
