Change existing Ruby on Rails HTML form to Ajax popup

Attached is an application along with requirements. Basically I have a page that shows the positions a person has held. (its in apps/views/library/[login to view URL], see it in action at [login to view URL] ). if you log in (log in with "RAC" and "password" if you like) there is a form that comes up to add a new position to the list. The project is to hide that form unless a user clicks a link that says "add a position" in which case it popups the form in a layer ...similar to the behavior of "popups" used at [login to view URL] to display pictures larger with more details. In the attached zip file is a work document detailing. The behavior required is very simple and explicitly outlined in the attached word document. For the deliverable, please provide a list of the files you have touched (or upload only those files) and please comment all of your changes - this helps me approve projects and release funds ASAP. Thanks for your consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
