Call Center Call Recordings database search

I have a need to simplify the process of searching through archived call recordings. XML files with call details are generated with each recorded call which is stored in WAV format. I need a web application to add to a clients Intranet that will import the XML files generated nightly and index the call details from the XML data to a MySQL database. Once this data is in place a simple user interface for call center managers to search for recorded calls by time, date, caller id name or number, call queue and/or call center agent #. A listing of the calls found in the search would link directly to the call recording stored on a network drive accessible via CIFS, NFS or FTP.
