Build New Site on Drupal

I need a new website built off of the idea of another. It needs to be made on top of Drupal. Please respond with how much Drupal experience you have. The site will have quite a bit of customization to build into Drupal so please check before replying. The menu and banner text I would like converted to Cufon.
