Affiliate System Coder

Basically I have a.. maybe 40-50% finished affiliate system for my website - it has a rather unique way or working in that it is intended to log unique IP addresses directed by each affiliate, so that these can be used later to share earnings. I am unsure of precisely how much is finished and how much is not, but the basic system should actually be fairly straight-forward to code.

I apologize for the low pay for this job, but if the website succeeds there will be considerably more money, and I will be able to reward that coder more and give them more work :)
