Advertising Website/Guessing Game

We are creating a website to create traffic for advertisers and attract users via a cash prize guessing game. On the font page is a black 1000*1000 square broken up into 10*10 smaller squares with a larger white blank area in the middle. When a user holds his/her mouse over a 10*10 square the square is highlighted and the ad corresponding with this square appears in the blank white center space. When the small square is clicked on the user is directed to the website for which the advertisement was describing. A random square is designated as the prize square, if that square is clicked on the user wins the prize. It is easier to describe the functions required by outlining the flow of both the advertiser and consumer: Advertiser: 1. Sign up for a 10*10 square, submit image, and receive login information (we need to be able to assign advertisers to squares, either us manually or the system automatically assigns the advertiser to a square and uploads the image to be displayed when the squared is highlighted). 2. A monthly payment for advertisers. 3. A personal area for the advertiser showing brief info on their information and number of clicks on their advertisement. User: 1. The user signs up for an account. 2. When the user clicks on a black square on the front page the square color is changed to transparent so the image beneath begins to show. 3. If the user clicks on the square with the prize his/her profile is updated, the grid for all users is reset to all black, and a new square is randomly designated as the “prize square.?? These are just some of the ideas we have at the moment. If you bid could you please provide a brief breakdown on how much each component roughly costs so that we can weigh cost benefit on these features and understand where you get your price. We do not have an extremely large budget. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, as many versions of internet explorer, firefox etc as possible.
