Connecting Business Application

Need program that will transfer answers from a questionnaire and input them into referral emails, along with a database that records each transaction, a contract and invoicing system. See questionnaire at [login to view URL], step 1: help your business. Example: Business #1 needs marketing, credit card processing. Business #1 completes a questionnaire as to his business needs. The result of his completing the questionnaire is as follows: 1. An email is sent to all businesses in the database who is involved in marketing 2. An email is sent to all businesses in the database who is involved in credit card processing 3. A contract is completed through my website that shows the details of any transaction between the parties 4. The businesses receiving the referrals are allowed to upload their own contract to my system 5. The % paid as a result of the referral is indicated in the contract and uploaded to my database 6. An invoice is automatically generated to the businesses receiving the referrals 7. Direct emails are not shared between the businesses 8. A report is generated to rolynda@good4bizness each time a transaction occurs; ie. completing the application, sending referral emails, responses to those emails, signed contracts, invoices being sent, amount of referral fee 9. Referral fees are based on all transactions occurring between the parties, not just the initial transaction. A system to insure this needs to be implemented as well.
