Cajun - Html & Css to Wordpress Site

I have an html & css coded site that I need converted to Wordpress.

Pages are easy to setup like all wordpress sites.

The main feature we need is a book your trip page like a hotel making a reservation and receiving the payment through paypal.

Something like this <[url removed, login to view]> but accepting ppaypal payments.
