Build Blog functionality in custom Wordpress site template

We have built a customized Wordpress site, but it does not have blog functionality. We need someone to build the blog functionality to our specifications to work within the custom website. The developer would need PHP and Wordpress experience. Specific requirements desired in the blog are as follows: The tasks are: "JUST IN" SECTION - Main Blog/Home 1. Blog post with pictures 2. with "Continue Reading" link to read the whole article on a new page. 3. With Time and Date / No. of Views & Comments / Like & Unlike Icon (if possible) - see attached layout 4. FB Like & Tweet buttons below each posts. SIDE BAR - Latest Posts 1. Summary of the "JUST IN" - Latest posts based on date & time posted (latest on top) a. with thumbnail pictures b. display dates (how many days posted - eg: 4 days ago, if possible) c. "View All" will go to another page to view all latest posts (recent post on top) SIDE BAR - Popular Posts 1. Summary of all the posts/blogs based popularity or number of views (most viewed on top) a. display dates b. display number of views c. "View All" will go to another page to view all popular posts (most viewed on top) ADDITIONAL: 1. Search Field 2.
