Add pinterest pin it button and enable video on wordpress site.

We have a wordpress site that is posting quotes [login to view URL] 1. On the main page we have tweet and like button, we need to add a first button that would be a pin it button in a same style. Right now it does not show up it is something the way the page is programmed and not working with the social plugins that we are using. 2. We want to be able to post as well videos, so instead of the featured image a video thumbnail would appear, we want to be able to choose it or upload it. The video should start playing in a new window just like a picture that opens in the "fancy zoom plugin" and it has to show up fully in the post page so there it plays as embedded. All these functions have to be made to work correctly.
