i've read all details of your project manager plugin with multisite function and for project a time tracker for each subtask.
ok, i will add that time tracker in admin toolbar for each user role
Also, i will do this part as you asked for:
In admin toolbar when time not started: an icon start must appear
when started : count must appeared (000:00) + icons pause and icon stop
icon pause when clicked : stop time but can be started by clicking again
icon stop : stop time and 2 icons appear : reset :reset time) or add to a task. If clicked : open a pop up where people can choose project + tasks (obviously only project and tasks allowed to be seen by user role) and time is added to time log for the task.
This is really not difficult task for me to work. And code will be light, so it won't overload wordpress.
I'm a php, wordpress, javascript, css, html professional with more than 8 years of experience.
