dll to use Sysinternal FileMon functionality in VB Applications

we need a dll to monitor file+directory create, modify and delete on local drives an on the network. this dll has to raise an event (ONLY at the computer WHERE the file (folder) was created/deleted/modified) with the full path, full name of the file/folder ad eventtype. Maybe you could use and modify the source of [login to view URL] [login to view URL] to make this dll. (Source attached) There shouldn't be any notification on other computers in the network (ReadDirectoyChangeW or FileSystemmonitor don't work!) The language in which the dll is programmed don't matter (VB or C++ prefered) The .dll must be easy to use in vb6 and vb.net 2005! We need the dll-file, the sourcecode of the dll, an interfacedescription of the dll and an example of the use in vb6 and vb.net. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
