convert Access DB to SQL/.net

I have an Access MDB database that would like converted to run in a web browser using SQL and .net. Client has SBS2003 and SQL 2005. We would need you to develop and test locally and when ready, deploy to their server which will be in place in 2 weeks with newest data at that point in time. Needs to have same look/feel/functionaity of existing database and work in the same fashion, no upgrades needed. Please examine the db for ACCURATE QUOTES.
Do NOT send an email telling me of all your projects WITHOUT looking at the db and what we want done. Do NOT accept if you cannot finish the project. This should not be a difficult project, but it needs to be completed if accepted.
Note, this will be used by 3-4 people and probably not more than 2 concurrently, all family members so there is no need for security or large scaling as this db is about 6 yeras old and 15MB. I appreciate your concern for such but really, this is not an ERP database.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
