banner script

i want a banner script where i can create different zone/category from the admin panel and each zone will have their own sets of banner to be displayed. also we must be able to set the size of the banner from the admin panel also we want to be able to choose static or rotation type of display for the banner there must be detailed report for each zone & banner like how many displays, clicks, ...etc. please do include common banner script functions in it. the scripts are to be writen in PHP and it is a standalone script using it's own database. but it must be able to be easily display the banner zones on common scripts like CMS (mambo, xoops, etc) e-store (oscommerce, zen cart,etc), forums (phpbb, vbulletin, invision,etc) which means that the banner functions can be called within those scripts and we'll just need to place a simple line of code on the location we want the banner to appear you can refer to some samples like phpadsnew, nkads, etc... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
