Customer Database / Contract System

I run a small mobile disco company and I generate all of my contracts and booking forms in MS Word manually. I'd like to be able to enter customer details and booking details into a database - which I could refer to if I need their contact details for any reason. I have standard MS-Word documents which I would like to continue using the layout of, but it would be great for the program to fill in all the fields for me based on the contact details and disco booking details (Mail Merge). I can make these documents available to you as required. I'd also like the system to generate personalised covering letters and envelopes with each contract printed - again based on several documents which exist in my MS Word system at the moment. Different sentances are added to the cover letters based on the contracts, so tick-boxes would be useful to add the sentances in. Once the contract is generated though, it has to be saved so it can be re-printed as required. I have a printer with 2 trays, one for envelopes and one for plain paper (duplexed). The printer is installed twice as 2 separate printers on the PC, one for envelopes and one for plain - so it's important that options are available to select printers during the setup, which will then be used as required. Give me some ideas on what you could do, and a cost please!
