Custom website finder tool

I want someone to create a tool that finds websites meeting these criteria: 1) The website is at least 2 years old 2) The website gets between 1,000 and 10,000 visitors per month 3) The website has no advertisements on it 4) The website consists mostly of text content (as opposed to pictures, videos or some type of applications) 5) No blogs I want the tool to create a list of URLs as its output. If this tool is going to use Google or any other search engine, there must be a way to prevent the search engine from blocking you. For example, Google easily blocks IPs that it thinks are sending automated queries. If you think you can build this tool, please explain to me, in general terms, how the tool will work and whether or not any of the criteria will be more problematic than others. The tool does not have to be 100% accurate, although the more accurate the better. This can take the form of a web based application or a software based application. I don't really care. I just want it to work. This will only be used by me. Please estimate how long this will take you to complete. Thank you.
