Copy our OsCommerce site to another site

Hi- We have two OsCommerce sites, [login to view URL] and poker-gifts.com. We added a third site to our hosting plan, and want to copy one of the other sites onto the third site ([login to view URL]) so that our new site was the same and we could just alter the graphics ourselves and then change the products that are in the site. OsCommerce is installed on the new server, and we started to try to copy files over, but we aren't that experienced with the more technical side of php and oscommerce. You are bidding on copying one of our old sites to the new site and getting it to function correctly. It needs to function similarly to the other sites because I had some custom modifications done and I don't know exactly all the files that were used on all of those. There is no graphical work that needs to be done, the site can look exactly like one of our other sites, we will modify everything later. Thanks for your time!! Mike ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
