Convert Behaviors from WPF to Silverlight

This is a technical project where attached behaviors in C# library need to be converted from WPF to Silverlight. The behaviors are for animations of framework elements. There are probably some properties that need to be converted from WPF to Silverlight.

Additionally, setup a Silverlight project that uses the FloatableWindow in Codeplex. Put the FloatableWindows on a Canvas, and provide a mechanism in the application (through some UI element like a combobox) to select the type of animation that is used to have the FloatableWindows to enter and exit the Canvas. The animations are similar to Powerpoint where the type of animation and the timing are selected and the application takes care of pre-determined routes.

Lastly, attach the behaviors to the entry and exit of text from the screen. For example, the user will press a button and a price of a stock will appear on the screen (entry animation) and then will disappear after a selected amount of time.

The project should be in Visual Studio 2010 format.
