We are a cell phone refurbishing company.? We buy phones in bulk from various different sources.? Our phones come in various different conditions.? We then refurbish (make them look new ??" cosmetically) those phones and sell them in the wholesale market.? When we sell a phone and if it is returned by a customer, we must be able to track that phones’ history, when did we buy it, where did we buy it from, when was that phone sold, is it still under warranty, is the customer returning us phone bought from someone? else etc. ? ? ? ? Requirements: ? 1. A database to track life cycle of our Cell phones 2. Each cell phone has a unique code (IMEI, ESN or MEID) 3. After we purchase the phones, once we receive the phones, we want to scan the IMEI and associated data including brand, model #, condition (new, refurbished, tested, untested, BER) invoice number, vendor name and date. 4. When we sell the phones, we want to scan the IMEI and associated data including brand, model #, update current condition of the phone, invoice number, customer name and date. 5. If we send the phone for repair, we want to scan the IMEI and associated data including brand, model #. 6. Once we receive the phones back from repair, we want to scan the IMEI and associated data including brand, model # and update current condition of the phone 7. Data entry must allow for single or multiple phones at a time 8. There must be a data entry screen, reports screen and a search facility
