We require a database for our children's church.

It needs to be able to work with the church excel based adult data base

We require a data base that will be used for our children’s church.

-To be customisable need to be able to add our own fields

Access levels administrator- full access/ team leader ??"dept access/ leader- small group access

-Integrate with the adult church data base we currently have, able to export into it-is excel based

-Produce a weekly list of birthdays and print address stickers for envelopes

-Can be bar coded tags, would prefer fingerprint scanners

-Automatically send a welcome email when a new attender registers at church

-Print color adhesive name badge labels for children x 2

-Touch screen ability

-web based so we can produce live reports from church as soon as rolls are marked

-Produce attendance charts, graphs,

- Produce Pastoral care report i.e How many pastoral contacts did a child receive? Visits phone call or cards, dept total and flag kids who haven’t received reports

-Breakdown attendance into VIP’s first attenders, returning visitors or permanents

-Salvation list weekly monthly yearly

- Ability to email reports

- Produce reports for different services we currently run two

- Create a missing kids report anyone missing two weeks, three weeks or four

-Sends a welcome email automatically as parents register

-Ability to email dept groups or entire list or leaders

**REGISTRATION POINT**

-Childs registration file to contain photo, allergies, custody issues, hobbies, conversation starters, important information, football team, (confidential information administrator protected) Birthday, anniversaries

-Parent details, siblings

-Incentive attendance-(Kids point competition) field so we know how many points a child personally has

-Alert when kids are missing in attendance for two weeks by creating a list and sending an email automatically to the child’s small group leader and pastors

-Weekly report of, salvations, offering, leader total, VIP’s , visitors, permanents, department attendances, temperature, comments, misc? ? etc,in each service

-Produce grade, sex and region breakdowns

- Produce a list of who has completed courses

-Able to see attendance dates for the year

**LEADERS**

-Produce small group leaders reports

-Produce leaders weekly roll

-Send small group leader an email of missing kids name, or SMS

-Small group leaders able to produce a report from home and update the database from home

- leaders section- who are the leaders in our kids church? police check number,working with children check number, which small group they attend birthday and comments fields

- Police check numbers, courses completed, small group they attend
