This is a very basic sales leads management application that needs to be compatible with blackberry a bold 9000 and 9700. The complicated part is that I would like an online web based part that will sync with the blackberry phone running the application. Users will add sales leads to the web based application and then update the database and all phones running the application will update. Users who are using a phone can also update the database from the phone. Database consists of 3 stages as follows **Leads -> Meetings -> Reminder -> Training** Each heading will display as a list that displays Outcome, Company name, Contact name, and call date. Should be displayed much like emails are on a blackberry. Can be two lines long. When selecting a lead you can use blackberry option button to display additional information about the lead or to place a call to the lead. Selecting the lead takes you to detailed view. **Leads** Status Name of contact Name of business Street City Province Postal Phone Email Number of Employees Last contacted Schedule Phone Call (Date) Notes Outcome The idea here is a list of leads are formed. All leads stay in this list until a meeting is scheduled or the lead says they are not interested. If lead is not interested then the outcome will be changed to dead and the lead will move out of the leads list into a dead leads list. When a meeting is scheduled the lead moves to the meetings list and the date and time of the meeting is entered into the contact. If the contact is called but is not reachable the user will schedule a new phone call date, change the outcome field and the lead will remain in the leads lists. **Meetings** All leads that have had a meeting scheduled move here. Some additional fields are needed. - Meeting date, time, and location. - Grant Status All meetings should update the blackberry calendar with proper information. There should be a button that converts the meeting to completed. This moves the contact to the 2 week reminder field. **2 week reminder** Once a meeting has been converted it moves to this section. The idea here is that in two weeks a reminder is sent for the contact to be called again. All contacts in this section should be in a Pending category if it has not yet been 2 weeks since it was converted from a meeting or in a Follow up Now category if it has been more than 2 weeks. Each contact needs to be able to be called from this screen A date need to be able to be set that moves the contact to the training section. **Training** Contacts in this section stay here until their training dates have passed and have been completed. Editing of records ans synchronizing with other phones and the web are essential for this. A search function would also be good.
