Basic DirectX C# Program Needed - 'Virtual Room'

I need an application written in the following languages 1. C# 2. DirectX v9.0 or newer 3. XNA is ok, but not required Details: Application will be a bare empty room that can be navigated through using W - forward S - Backwards A - Left D - Right Q - Strafe Left E - Strafe Right Program must use collision detection to make sure the user cant navigate outside of the walls or under the floor. There are many tutorial out there that already have souerce code very close to this, there is on special thing that is needed. We need the code to point to a BMP file that will be used as the texture. We need. One BMP for Floor tiles One BMP for Wall Tiles One BMP for Ceiling tiles BONUS ITEMS: If you can do any of the following, please let us know, and add more to bid. 1. Create any kind of interface that can be interacted with using mouse. This could be an object that changes colors when you click it, or a user interface that shows the time and can switch from time to date, or anything like that. 2. Create a skinable 3D object in the room that has a BMP file that can be used as a texture. 3. Show some parts of person, like hands, or something that gives more of an idea that it is a person navigating through the room. This is the start of a very large project.
