Bar code OCR

We need a bar? code ocr dll to read 1d barcodes (code39 specifically, but I would like it extensible to other codes). Input will be a graphics image in memory (DIB, I would think). Output would be an array of all barcodes on the image as characters. I'd like to get the x,y location of one corner of the barcode and whether it was horizontal or vertical. You will probably want to deskew the image. That calling language will be VB6. The OCR dll can be VB6, C, or whatever, as long as we can call it from VB6. More detail: sample images are at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What we want ocred is just the bar code, not the ascii text these images have been deskewwed, actual imagiges might be rotates 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 degress, for example bar codes might also be at 90, 270, or 180 degree rotation there might be multiple bar codes on a page so the task is: 1. deskew image 2. identify bar code locations on page 3. read barcodes return bar code count, locations, and values bar codes are in code39 format, you must be able to read all ascii bar codes provided by code39 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
