Automating Roulette using C#

I am testing a system to bet on roulette. I have coded the rules in C# and need to now automate the whole process. I am currently using [login to view URL] for this. I need someone to develop a class that I can call that allows me to: 1) spin the wheel 2) place bets so need to be able to pass the place to put the bet and the amount. At the moment I am just testing betting on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd sections of the table, but the classes need to enable the functionality to bet anywhere on the table, including the in between sections, i.e in between 1 & 2 and odds & blacks, etc. 3) get the results, i.e win or lose and the number, of the spin so that I can process them with my algorithm. 4) Change tables 5) Exit the casino software 6) get the max bet and max spot bet values 7) open the casino software, choose roulette, choose a type of table (e.g. private, etc.) and a bet size (VIP, etc.) 8) get the balance of my account The class(es) need to be able to be added to my C# project so that I can instantiate and use them in my algorithm. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) fully compiled class(es) exposing methods and properties I can use to access and control the roulette table b) written in C# preferably for [login to view URL] 2008 c) full unit tests for all code 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
