Apply CSS style to HTML

hi, I have a couple of HTML web-pages which require CSS styles to be applied onto them. The HTML web-pages are generated are "hard html", which don't seem to be easily converted to CSS. Thus, the project goes like: a) read html web-pages, and determine the style on that paragraph or sentence. b) convert that sentence or paragraph style instead of b,i,u , "hard html" to a style pre-defined in CSS. Thus, you need to probably read the CSS and try to interpret the CSS style and then apply it to the html text in question. c) once you apply the CSS style, then you remove the and so on tags and then save the result back to disk. Therefore, (font face=arial) (b( i) (u).... would be replaced by: [style sheet...] .... instead. **To be written in Delphi 6...2006, Win32. ** In other words, This is to write a program written in Delphi to apply styles to some HTML files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
