AOL IM Blaster Software

I am looking for software that will let me instant message aol users. The program should be able to log into the AOL member Directory and bring up a search of business owners on line and send them an instant message with a message and hyperlink in it. I would then like to refresh the member directory every so often to get a new batch of business owners and send them an instant message but will not send to duplicate members. I would also like the program to save all sucessful instant message's screen names/email addresses so that I can resend at a later date by importing the email list. Would like the program to be able to run 24 hours a day non-stop.
