create fully functional website shopping cart magento or joomla or others

i need to build a website - with shopping cart you can use any tool you like see requirement below time to finish is 2 weeks. once you bid you must finish on time if not i need site with exactly as reference site see detailed requirement in the attachment I need magento. if not you can use other php shopping carts Terms: i will create milestone payments i will not release the milestone until the project is complete full shape. i do not want partial site. i want full site developed. i will only create milestone for 4 to 5 equal amounts based on progress of work
