An Opencart template as in the Demo

Need an Open Cart Template, That suits Opencart 1.4.9 as well as Opencart 1.5 i want you to use this template for reference [login to view URL] This is a Magento template. I dont want an exactly same one. I need something similar, with all the modules in that demo, and include some flash gallery in homepage, etc. Mostly, i will choose only cheapest. As i have less budget as well as urgently need it. Check the demo template fully. i need all features compulsorily. Ajax must be used to make it trendy and professional. The thing is First you will give me the PSD and i will release some amount from the escrow, next you will give me the HTML/CSS for it , and i will provide some more amount from the escrow. I will show it to my clients and if they accept we will proceed with the opencart coding. I will require you to design one template every month. So bid well to get fixed to me.
