Directory Website/application

I need to have an application/website for business directories with the following features. 1. I define various categories for it 2. The listed people have the capacity chose some working hours that they working daily 3. By default, searcher in the directory with see the business close to them which have slot for the remaining hours (that they can chose other days if the want to) 4. They can book the business for the certain time and the business would get an email (better to be a text) instantly to contact them 5. Both searcher and listed directory would receive review and statistics 6. It is free to list a business or to be a member 7. If a business decides to make availability times visible, should pay some money monthly (or yearly) 8. If a business decides to let people to book business hours should pay monthly (or yearly) 9.
