Developer Needed for New Usability Testing Site

Seeking a programmer to build a usability testing website using Joomla, Wordpress, or Drupal (programmer with design or SEO experience would be ideal, but not necessary). This website will connect clients who are building or want to improve a website, mobile app, and game, with users within their target demographic who are willing to try out their product and provide valuable feedback. Our clients will be entrepreneurs, product managers, game developers, digital marketers, and market research specialists. Clients will provide us with a description of the type of user that they would like to test their product, the tasks that they would like these users to perform, and a link to their website, game, app, or wireframe. We will find these users and provide them with a video of the user using their product, performing the requested tasks, and providing verbal feedback, as well as a survey. It is as simple as that. The website will have 2 separate components: the main website, and the dashboard that the client logs into to access their videos and surveys. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] THE MAIN WEBSITE The main website will be strikingly clean, simple, and modern. This is important since most of our competitor's websites are very busy, full of features, and look cheap. Here is an example of the look that we are going after: [login to view URL] The main website will have approximately 5 pages and 5 videos. THE DASHBOARD The dashboard will include all of the customers projects. Each project will have a page that contains about 5 tabs: one for the video, one for the survey, one containing information about the test-taker, etc. The dashboard needs to have a platform that allows us to upload videos for the client to access as they please. Clients will watch the videos directly from the dashboard. It also has to allow for these videos to be downloaded by the customer and emailed to other people. While watching the videos customer needs to be able to put a bookmark on certain parts of the video, and label the bookmarks, so they can later go back to specific sections. We would also like to provide customers with a notepad feature to that they can take notes while watching the videos. The customers will be able to save these notes in their dashboard along-side the video, or forward the notes to colleagues when forwarding the videos. Clients will also be able to create folders and organize videos and project information within these folders. We would like the project completed by Mid July or early August
