Designer and Coder for Mafia Game Script

We are seeking to update our existing mafia script from a table based design to div and css. The php coding is also a bit messy and may require small adjustments. Its about 20 to 30 php files and it probably would benefit from using php include header and footer. On the design side its not many pages. A landing page as we will be providing the choice of two websites. The homepage and the game page the latter which draws the game play elements. We are fussy on design and it needs someone with flair and skill to create the high visual impact in a fluid design. We would prefer someone who would get on immediately with the project.
