Design a company web page with tabs

Hello, this job is about creating a company webpage. It should have a vertical tab design. There is no need to design flash animation, illustrations, texts or logos – that all will be provided, but has to be implemented in the web page. Maybe the logo has to be altered in color to match the site design. The page contains following complexity - Homepage - 5 Tabs (e. g. About us, Products, Contract). Each of those tabs leads to about 5 different pages. (so there is a need to design about 25 html pages) - CSS and a some SEO are required - Fast web server will be provided - Implement an easy WCM system just for the news section, so it wont be complicated at all. Most input is static. - We should start working on the 8th or 9th November, so be sure that you have time ongoing from that date. I will be able to guide you intensively during that period. E. g. via Skype or MSN Most I am concerned regarding the design capabilities of the freelancer. It should be a sleek, serious design, yet elegant for a company web page.
