Design and Implementation of an user generated content website. Full CMS Language neutral User Registration and validation. User nickname, User name, email address, password, sex, preferred language, country, state and year/month of birth User login/logout. Optimise for desktop and mobile devices Proposed topics are in the form of a question. The topic nominator or user can vote once on the question and include an optional comment for/against the topic or comment on other comments. User can edit/delete their own vote and comment. Not choosing to vote is also a vote. Spell check of user comments Each User can rank/mark other user comments (+1,-1 or inappropriate) once Comments will be ranked based on +1 marks received in the past day/week/month/year/max Comments with high number of inappropriate marks will be suppressed, but their votes will still be counted. Words limit on size of each comment (comment on other comments will be prefixed by the nickname of the other commenter). Click on the commenter nickname to see the comment. Each comment will show the voter name, their vote, votes cast, rank, comment and +1, -1, inappropriate buttons. Comments marked by a user will only be displayed to the marking user. Highlight comments already read by a user. Option to show only unread comments. User can view/edit all their past comments and marks. Private group creation/member validation. Private topics can be view publicly, but only members votes will be counted. Only login members can vote, but website is fully accessible to all. Comprehensive display and analysis of voting result by age, sex, location and time with tables, graphs and maps Easy and intuitive topic classification, ranking, navigation and searching User can search for topics that are within a specified distance from their location. Option to show 25/50/100/200 comments at a time. Show total number of people online and people viewing a topic. Wait button - which will wait for and notify user of new comments.
