Customize Wordpress theme to social platform

Customize the Wordpress premium Geotheme (business directory theme with nice features google maps, add listing, inlog with facebook, review and more) to a social platfrom where people can meet new people at dinner or other activities (like grub with us). In basic -Owners of tourism attractions or restaurants can create an event on a specific date -Users can reserve a chair at the table of the event -Other interested users can reserve a chair also at the same diner or event -When four or more users reserve a place at the table the diner will be continued and they al receive a coupon that they have to show at the restaurant. System -restaurant or event publishes an event or dinner with all the information. -Users who has already logged in can make a reservation. The first user is considered a host. -After 4 reservations, the dinner or event is going to be continued. -Users receive a coupon. They must print it and take it to the dinner or event place. (users pay in the restaurant or event) -No reservation 24 hours before the dinner’s or event oficial hour, the event is cancelled automatically. -Users can only cancel reservations 24 hours before the official hour of the dinner. This will add a new available place at the table or event. -Users can make a reservation until 12 hours before the dinner or events official hour. - After the dinner or event, users get an email to give their review. This will appear in the restaurant or event profile. Dinner Event information Date /Place/ Address/ Type of dinner/ Price/ Image/ Dress code/ Seats available/ Seats reserved/ Google maps/ Invite a friend button/ Social networks buttons/ Menu/ Confirmed guests (with a link to their profiles)/ Host Comments/ Comments of previous events of the same restaurant (recommendations) Log in/out- Users Types Admins :The admin user is the one who can approve restaurants accounts and has total control of the site Restaurants or other events :Each restaurant , after being approved by the admin, is going to be able to publish/edit/cancel each dinner or event and its own profile information Guests: Each guest can log in using his facebook account and reserve any dinner . He can publish/edit information in his own profile. Profiles Restaurants or other events The profile of is going to include the following: Pictures of the restaurant or event General information/ About us/ Category/ Adress / Google Maps/ Contact information/ Social Networks links Comments about previous events of that restaurant /Rating User Each user is going to have his own profile wich includes: General information taken from facebook (because when he logs in, he uses his facebook account). Meal Groups User can create a group where other guests/users can join and comment. There will be information about the dinners each group has attended and will attend. It looks like a lot of work but it isn't because the theme has a lot of features so you can use the existing data. I hope to find a reliable and skilled freelancer that can really help me with this.
