Custom Web Site w/ user accounts and dashboards / shopping cart / admin pages

I have a website outline already done, and a majority of the site mock up is done (PSD files created). Content is pretty much done as well. I have a page by page explanation of the functionality needs. I need for you to read the following functionality of the first phase and bid from start to finish. Here is the functionality I am seeking: Search – Search by Categories to sub-categories to listings to single page listings Search by Manufacturer (Separate Manufacturer listings page) Site –wide Search (Item results only) Shopping cart w/ Checkout – Purchases up to $3000 – Invoice for all items over $3000 to be paid via specific terms (EFT / Wire) User Accounts – Log In Register Page to create new user accounts, and existing user log in Dashboard page w/ account edit options and buy/sell view ability. Edit user account details (Contact / address info, email address) Change account password Buyer View – Recently purchased items, Wish list Seller View – Items listed, items sold Admin Account - Dashboard page with the following abilities: Add user accounts. Edit user account information, including password changes. Remove User Account (Top level admin only) Add inventory to user accounts, edit inventory listings, remove inventory listings. View all wish list inventory (User / item specifications request)
