We have a custom order prints website and need a customized web to print software to be embedded in our website.
Here are the features that would be needed to our website.
Basic Features :
1. Layout designing
2. Payment Gateway Integration.
User Area Features :
1. User can look at the list of products in the website by selecting the type.
2. User can customize each product by changing the name and message.
3. User can also use Hebrew language.
4. User will be provided with different font styles.
5. User can preview instantly once they apply the wordings to the product they have selected.
6. User can add the customized product to the cart.
7. User can register and make payment by providing shipping information.
8. User can look at the products purchased on my account section.
9. User can update their personal info.
10. User can change password.
11. User will be emailed with invoice once after the purchase.
Retailer Section :
1. Retailer can request for a retailer account by providing personal and shop info.
2. Retailer login, change password section.
3. Retailer can upload logo, address, tax that need to be displayed on the invoice of the customer.
4. Retailer can purchase the product at wholesale cost where retailer will be provided with the invoice from the website admin with wholesale cost also retailer can take printout of the invoice for the customer which has retail cost.
5. Retailer can look at all purchases made at my purchases section where retailer can download the invoice.
6. Retailer will also be provided with an option where the retailer can download invoices of the customer which has retailer logo and info.
7. Retailer will have the option to customize the product as per the user.
Administrator Area Features :
1. Admin login, change password.
2. Admin can create retailer login.
3. Admin can look at number of users registered.
4. Admin can look at number of retailers requests made.
5. Admin can block any user or retailer if needed.
6. Admin can create categories and sub-categories.
7. Admin can upload product under each category.
8. Admin can upload image, description, cost for each product.
9. Admin can set retail price and wholesale price while uploading a product.
10. Admin need to select the customizable section on each product.
11. Admin gets instant message on all purchases on homepage with PDF of the personalized product and customer shipping info.
12. Admin can change the status of the product once shipped.
13. Admin can provide shipping cost.
14. Admin can provide tax charges.
15. Admin can look at the total payments made by user and retailers.
16. Admin can download reports.
17. Admin has full control over the website.
Need to have some sort of free technical maintenance.
Need to have all programming code and should not be encrypted.
