Create a website

I need a website where customers can Subscribe at the website to put a text, pictures, price and select a date for the validity of this announcement (3 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 month..). The visitior can see the nickname, text, pics, price, location and validity and "the buy" button not more. When he buys he have to registry his contact informations and credit card or paypal informations for the payment. After the payment he will receive with email the contact information from the seller. The seller have to pay a fee to put this ad and a fee like a commission for the transaction. Seller and buyer must be able to put a note (1 to 5 stars for example) and a comment. At the website we must have a search engine by categorie(s) and fine the research after finding some results (for example price, brand..) Those are the main importante information. If you already can do all that i propose you to make you offer and/or have a call or email for more details. The budget is not fixed because we don't an idea how much it can cost. We will be happy if we can start that in september 2012. Thanks!!
